Our Mission

SmallRun exists to give independent makers a place to sell what they build with their hands. We believe small run goods carry something commercially manufactured items can't - the hours of practice, the decisions made at the bench, the craft refined over years. Our job is to get those things in front of the people who love them.

We're not a general marketplace. We don't want to be. SmallRun is for makers who build in small batches, who know every unit that leaves their hands, and who take pride in the work. If that's you, you belong here.

For Makers

Set up a shop, list your products, and start selling directly to buyers who care about craftsmanship. Post Build Logs to show your process, build a following, and let your work speak for itself. Payments go through Stripe - you get paid directly, we take a small platform fee to keep the lights on.

For Buyers

Browse products made by real people with real skills. Follow the makers whose work you admire, read their build logs, and buy with confidence - every seller on SmallRun is an independent creator, not a reseller or drop-shipper.

Indiana Roots, Global Reach

SmallRun is a US-based company headquartered in Indiana, but the makers and buyers we want to serve aren't bound by any one country. We're building toward a marketplace that works the same whether the maker is in Indianapolis, Berlin, or Osaka. That means real-time international shipping rates and labels, multi-currency listings and payouts via Stripe Connect, and active work on EU import-VAT collection through IOSS so EU buyers get the same clean checkout experience as anyone else. We're not all the way there yet, but every release is meant to push the platform a little further in that direction.
