Glitch Works 8085 SBC rev 4 Mini

The Glitch Works 8085 SBC rev 4 Mini is an 8085-based single board computer with Glitchbus expansion. Features include:

1. 8085 CPU at 3.072 MHz
2. 64K onboard static RAM, compatible with FeRAM
3. 512K Flash ROM, 4K paged, with CP/M 2.2
4. On-chip serial console, software bitrate control

This project is available as a bare board, full parts kit or assembled and tested. The parts kit includes all components you need to assemble the basic SBC kit, including pre-programmed 512K Flash chip and Atmel AT22V10C GAL.

The 8085 SBC rev 4 Mini pairs well with the GW-GLITCHBUS-CF1 CompactFlash adapter, which allows the Flash-based CP/M to use the CF card as a B: drive. If you have a CF card compatible with the 8085 SBC rev 3, it can be used directly with the 8085 SBC rev 4M without modification, and even swapped between systems.
