Slot 8 Support for XT-IDE GW-S8S-2 XTIDE

For sale is one fully assembled Glitch Works Slot 8 Support mod board (GW-S8S-2) for XT-IDE adapters. This board adds compatibility with IBM 5155 PC Portable and 5160 PC/XT slot 8, which requires an additional signal above what is required for normal ISA slots. This module is only useful if you have an IBM PC Portable or PC/XT, and will add no benefit on a clone system.

These mod boards will work with the following XT-IDE boards:

1. Hargle/N8VEM XT-IDE rev 2
2. Glitch Works XT-IDE rev 3
3. Glitch Works XT-IDE rev 4

Additionally, this board can be used with Hargle/N8VEM XT-IDE rev 1 boards, but only if the *CARDSEL pin is present on the edge connectors -- most XT-IDE rev 1 boards do not have this pin present and cannot make use of this board.
