We ship from China, so parcels to the EU go out DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). SmallRun's IOSS registration is still in progress, so EU import VAT (usually 20-25%, depending on your country) and the carrier's handling fee are NOT collected at checkout - you pay both to the courier on delivery, on top of the shipping cost shown at checkout. Nothing extra is hidden in the product price.

Please do not refuse the parcel. A refused delivery is charged back to us and cannot be refunded.

EU import VAT does not apply to deliveries outside the EU, though your own country's customs rules still do.

Every board starts as something we wanted for our own projects. It's designed in-house, built in small batches in our workshop in Cixi, Ningbo (Zhejiang, China), and shipped worldwide.

The catalog moves as we do: new boards appear as they finish, and older ones retire when they're superseded. New things show up here over time - it's never the same shop twice.

The hardware is open source, and so is the firmware. Schematics, board files and wiring notes are published so you can build on top of a design instead of starting from scratch.

Much of what we make is ESP32-based, but the common thread isn't the chip - it's making a board you can actually understand, modify and repair.

If something isn't behaving, send us the spec, the serial boot log and a photo of the error. We'll help you sort it out, in English or Chinese.
