Instrument Line-Level Preamp with True Bypass

What is it?

Easily interface with instrument-level inputs and outputs from a line-level source all with simple true bypass control. Requires a 5V power supply (ideally with isolated digital and analog rails) and 3.3V GPIO (for use with true bypass).

This module features the following primary components:

1. TLV9062IDR opamp for preamp level shifting
2. G6K-2F-Y-TR DC5 relay for true bypass
3. TLV9061IDBVR opamp for bias buffering

Why did you make it?

This device is intended for use in a digital guitar effects pedal in conjunction with a line-level audio codec to provide an appropriate output signal. The true bypass is easy to control with a 3.3V signal in order to reduce noise when the effect is disabled.

What makes it special?

When designing this module, I focused on simple and clean operation with isolated power sources. It should be compatible with most mixed-signal applications using a microcontroller or single board computer.
