All products are designed, assembled, tested, and shipped by a small family-run engineering project.
###Processing Time
Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed by the marketplace.
Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. If a longer processing time is required, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible.
###Shipping
Orders are shipped from Ukraine using Ukrposhta Registered International Mail with tracking.
All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transport.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees required by their country.
###Warranty
All products are fully tested before shipment.
If your product arrives damaged or is not functioning correctly, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
