At HealthRadar, we design 60GHz millimeter-wave radar modules that detect human presence, breathing, heart rate, sleep states, and body movement — all through a simple UART or MQTT interface.

Shop Policies
Returns & Exchanges
Inspection upon receipt: Please inspect your package within 3 days of receipt. If there is any shipping damage, take photos and contact us immediately.
Functional Defect Warranty: Within 7 days of receipt, if the product has a non-human-induced functional defect (e.g., cannot power on, cannot communicate), we will provide a free replacement. Please ship the unit back to us; we will arrange a replacement upon confirmation.
Non-Functional Returns / Change of Mind: As our modules are precision electronic components, if you need to return due to wrong purchase, project cancellation, etc., please initiate the return within 14 days of receipt.
Return Condition: Products must be in new, unused condition — no soldering, no modification, with all original packaging and accessories intact.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Amount: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Custom or bulk orders are not eligible for non-functional returns.
Important Disclaimer: Our products are general-purpose modules. We cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with all third-party hardware or software. Returns due to compatibility issues will be treated as non-functional returns (restocking fee applies).
Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within 7 business days after order confirmation.
Tracking & Delivery:
All orders include a tracking number.
Important (PayPal Seller Protection): To protect both you and us, we must ship to the exact address provided in your PayPal transaction details. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct.
For orders exceeding $750 USD (or equivalent), we are required to use signature confirmation upon delivery to maintain valid proof of delivery for PayPal Seller Protection.
Customs & Duties: International shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. We do not handle customs clearance in the destination country.
Address Responsibility: If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or package redirection (which voids PayPal Seller Protection), the buyer assumes full responsibility.
Payments, Tax & Customs
Payment Method: We accept payments via PayPal.
Taxes & Duties: The product price does not include any customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes that may be levied by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility upon arrival.

PayPal Dispute Resolution
If you have any issues, please contact us directly first. If you choose to file a dispute via the PayPal Resolution Center:
You and we can communicate through the Resolution Center for 20 days to resolve the issue.
If the dispute is escalated to a claim, PayPal will investigate. To qualify for Seller Protection, you must provide valid proof of shipment (with tracking) and proof of delivery upon PayPal's request.

All data provided (including breathing rate, heart rate, sleep analysis, etc.) is for research, development, and reference purposes only. It must NOT be used as the basis for medical diagnosis, treatment, or health-related decisions.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.
