I am a semi-retired embedded systems programmer who is always looking for ways to simplify technology. My philosophy has always been to design products that are as easy to use as possible. I believe that if a product is unnecessarily complicated, customers are less likely to take full advantage of its capabilities.

Most of my designs are standalone programmers that do not require a computer, USB drivers, or complicated software installation. The goal is simple: plug it in and use it.

The first programmer I designed was the ATmega Fuse Repair Programmer in 2008. It quickly became popular and was later copied by others, often under the name "Fuse Doctor" or similar variations. Whenever I released an updated version with new features, it wasn't long before those same features began appearing in the cloned products.

While I can't prevent others from copying my designs, I can offer something they usually cannot—knowledge, experience, and exceptional customer support. I make every effort to respond quickly, answer questions thoroughly, and help customers get the most from their purchase mainly because I enjoy what I do.

In contrast, many low-cost cloned products sold online come from resellers who know very little about the items they sell and are often unable to provide meaningful technical support.

Customer satisfaction has always been my highest priority. Since 2009, I have sold thousands of products through my website, eBay, and other marketplaces.
